Last month I found what I thought was the
Ugliest Guitar in the world, this month I found another contender in this one, styled in the shape of an AK47. Full marks to the taste by-passed luthier here for a truly nasty looking axe.
Interestingly, this doesnt seem to be an isolated incident, I found this bass guitar on Amazon. As to why anyone would either want one or want to make one for that matter remains a mystery, but who am I to stand in the way of creativity. Jimmi Hendrix has a lot to answer for "machine gun", I can just see all the "weapons of massed destruction" thrash metal bands spawning now! Still, if Fender manufacture an assualt rifle that looks like a tabacco sunburst 57 Telecaster, I'll be first in line :).
